All Arsante bags are delivered with UPS and FedEx and are shipped worldwide free of charge. We currently deliver to these countries below:
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland,Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK).
America/North America: USA, Canada, Brazil
Asia: Japan, Hong-Kong,
At the moment due to our shipping agreements we cannot ship to these regions:
The Faroe Islands and Greenland, Aland Islands), Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Monaco, Saint Pierre, Wallis and the Futuna Islands and New Caledonia, Island Helgoland and area of Busingen, Campione d’Italia, Livigno, San Marino and Vatican City, Aruba and the relevant territories of the (Dutch) Antilles, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Delivery times takes between 2-7 working days and you receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your country of delivery is not displayed on the list have please contact us at email@example.com with any special shipping inquiries.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can thereby request for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To request for a return please contact us via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the return documents required to process your return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Arsante offers a warranty on every bag against defects in material or craftsmanship. Arsante at its discretion will repair or replace a defective bag at no charge. If the bag is not available we will replace it with a similar bag from our collection. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential loss to personal property and does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling or alteration of the bag.
